He has rich and diversified experience of 20 +years in areas like Recruitment & Training, Client Management, Business Operations, Sales & Distribution, Human Resources. He is a Ex employee of Indian Air Force and he has been instrumental in building Master Key Management as trusted and reliable brand in HR services and Manpower Recruitment business. He is the key decision maker and is involved in day to day business operations and client engagement. He also manages finance, HR, people development, business expansion, new projects and tie ups for the company

Sachidananda has been with Master Key Management Consultants since its interception , He is also one of the founder Director . He is Experienced more than 20 years in Business development , Sales and Promotion . His varied experience in areas like Customer Services, Sales, Recruitments have been crucial for company’s growth and expansion. He is also a key contributor to the new ideas, expansion strategy, people management and skill development. He has been closing multiple Bulk Requirements of entry level resources in technical stream.
