To be able to provide the cost estimates with a reasonable accuracy for the project in hand.
To cross check all the bills submitted for the completed tasks about the correctness, appropriateness of their quantities and the rates.

“He will be responsible for all facets of construction projects at site for its successful on time completion and within the assigned budget.
His job will include the following:-
- Construction documents and drawings scrutiny, issued by PMC agency for their correctness & completeness.
- Site survey to ascertain construction drawing in in consonance with physical site.
- Contributes in preparation of project schedule & HSSE documents.
- Accountable for project execution as per the project”&”t plan
- Continuous controlling and monitoring of the project progress under execution.
- Arranging resources & materials that will be required for the project.
- Daily conduct of TBT, issuance of WCF, JHA and work permit, whenever required.
- Daily submission of WIP report with site photos.
- Preparation of bills, rate analysis for additional tasks and getting them approved with PMC.
- Site training concerning awareness about HSSE and enforcement of HSSE policy for all personnel at site.
- Ensuring pr”&”object is executed as per the laid down quality standards
- Coordination with retailer, PMC representative and the vendors involved with the project work
- Ensuring project is completed within the assigned time frame and within the allotted budget. Dail”&”y project cost tracking.
- Joint measurement report preparation and its approval by PMC.
- On project completion, prepare all documentations and carryout joint inspection for successfully handing over of constructed site.
- Escalate any matter remain”&”s unresolved at his level to his reporting authority.
Salary: 3.8 – 5.90 lakhs PA annual CTC
